The World Committee for Lifelong Learning organises its 3rd World Forum in Marrakesh on the 31stOctober, the 1st and 2nd November 2012. The forum, entitled “Learn throughout life, why and how?” is organized in partnership with UIL, ICAE and the Moroccan authorities. Innovative workshops and prestigious guests will probably turn this forum into a key moment of the year 2012.
